About Me
The best part about being a nurse practitioner is the level of impact I can make on each patient I treat. My aim is to assist them in comprehending their illnesses, enable them to take preventive measures that can alleviate symptoms and, ultimately, empower them to lead better quality lives upon returning home.
I take an individualized approach that focuses on a patient's health goals and values. I achieve this by fostering compassion, empathy and actively involving them and their family, so they can make informed decisions about their plan of care.
I specialize in providing care for adult-geriatric patients. Caring for the geriatric population can present challenges and the need to be attentive to rapid and subtle signs of condition changes. It is the small gestures that can make a significant difference in their lives or bring a smile to their faces.
