About Me
I apply a unique, holistic approach to each patient I see. I believe our experiences and choices help shape who we are as people and that understanding can help guide our future. I base treatment on each patient’s goals and help embrace their strengths to improve their lives in a way that best fits them.
What I find most rewarding about my job is helping patients navigate their challenges and guiding them toward a healthier life that resonates with their unique values. My patients and I work as a team with a foundation of mutual respect.
I have always been fascinated by the mind-body connection and how thoughts and experiences influence our behaviors and actions. I enjoy providing psychiatric care for patients regardless of their diagnoses.
