I am passionate about caring for senior patients. Working to make a positive impact in their lives is very rewarding to me.  

My goal is to deliver individualized, comprehensive care that is focused on the patient. I have a special interest in chronic disease management such as diabetes care, hypertension, high cholesterol and chronic kidney disease.

I enjoy taking the time to listen and getting to know my patients. This helps to build a trusting relationship where we create a personalized care plan that’s right for them.
