About Me
I help older adults navigate complex health conditions and provide support during their most vulnerable times. By collaborating with patients, their loved ones, and their care team, together, we develop personalized care plans that reflect their evolving health goals and priorities.
The best part of my job is working with older adults, a population I have always been passionate about. I love hearing their stories and life experiences, which enrich my understanding and ability to address their health care needs effectively.
During my Family Medicine residency, I discovered my passion for working with older adults through diverse experiences in hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. This led me to pursue a Geriatric Medicine fellowship, which solidified my decision to specialize in nursing home and rehab care.
