About Me
Advocating for patients on their behalf, I help bridge the gap in their medical conditions and connect them with community resources to fulfill their care goals.
Working collaboratively contributes to the development of an effective management plan, allowing me to observe their hospital journey from admission to discharge. I have experience in treating conditions such as heart failure, COPD/Asthma exacerbation, acute anemia, atrial fibrillation and diabetes management.
I take a comprehensive care approach, getting a detailed history from my patients as well as reviewing previous medical records, to manage and guide the best course of treatment. I believe in providing specific written and verbal instructions with details that I want patients to follow up on, be it medications, specialist appointments or preventive medicine, to ensure appropriate transition of care.
My clinical experience and personal journey have solidified my belief that internal medicine is the ideal choice for me. It allows me to combine my passion for patient interaction with a commitment to lifelong learning, while problem-solving challenging cases.
