Paj Ntaub Vang, M.D.

My approach to care focuses on recognizing each patient's unique, personal story and understanding their values. I believe in empowering patients by providing the knowledge they need to participate in shared decision-making. I work alongside my patients to develop comprehensive care plans that align with their individual health goals.

Working in family medicine allows me to care for multiple generations of families and witness their growth over time. I enjoy collaborating with a team of specialists, nurses, case workers and pharmacists to address all aspects of patient health. The gratitude patients express makes my work especially rewarding.

I have a special interest in family medicine because of my extensive training in preventive health, chronic disease management, geriatrics, women's health, pediatric/adolescent medicine and mental health. My bilingual skills in Hmong and English combined with experience working with diverse populations, including the Hmong community, have shaped my passion for providing comprehensive care to a wide range of patients.
