About Me
Getting to know my patients and their families on a deeper level gives me true joy. It’s my favorite aspect of working in healthcare—meeting a diverse group of individuals and learning how their personal stories affect their health and wellness. Primary care is exciting because it allows me to provide care across the lifespan.
I hope to build relationships of mutual trust and respect with my patients by giving them the tools and education to be successful in their healthcare journeys. I believe patients’ health systems are dynamic systems that benefit from a collaborative approach with their healthcare providers. Having previously worked in cardiology as a registered nurse, I feel I bring a little extra enthusiasm to the cardiovascular system!
I had to overcome challenges and barriers to become an advanced practice nurse practitioner, but I did it. That speaks volumes about the drive and passion I have for caring for other individuals.
