About Me
Working as a mental health clinician in a walk-in clinic setting, I focus on stabilizing and mobilizing patients. I offer strategies and resources to enhance their mental well-being and empower them to play an active role in their healing journey. Additionally, I provide guidance in exploring treatment options that best suit their needs.
When a patient makes the brave decision to pursue mental health treatment, it is my goal to be available and provide a warm reception throughout their healing process. My specialties include working with suicidal and self-harm ideation and behaviors. I develop strategies to help them manage their thoughts and behaviors and protect their safety.
While professionally I am a mental health clinician, my primary identity is that I am a fellow human being. It is this shared human experience that holds the greatest value in my interactions with patients, as my own life experiences enable me to connect with and empathize deeply with them.
