I like to start the day with a morning huddle. It’s a great way to connect and improve efficiency and communication among staff. After 25 years of practicing medicine, I am confident in my ability to assess, diagnose and treat the wide-ranging medical needs of my patients and I also recognize when a referral for specialty care is needed.
Family medicine has allowed me to be part of the whole spectrum of care. I appreciate that. One moment I may be meeting and examining a newborn, and in the next, I’m caring for a 90-year-old patient who has been coming to me for years. It’s an honor to be part of a team that sets such a high standard and to represent ThedaCare as it continues to lead the state in quality care.
