About Me
I believe that the patient is not just an injury or disease, but is a whole person with unique biological, psychological and social traits. For this reason, I feel each patient should be treated as a complete and unique individual.
Because I’ve had severe injuries in the past, I also know what it’s like to be a patient. As such, I’m acutely aware of the emotions and concerns that patients bring with them into the emergency room.
My first clinical rotation was at Lincoln Hospital emergency room in the Bronx, the busiest ER in New York City. It gave me invaluable exposure and experience. My first job as a physician assistant was in the ER at Albert Einstein Hospital, also in the Bronx, with a census of 90,000 patients a year. The variety and challenges that arise in the ER each day and at every shift are what I enjoy most.
As a physician assistant, I’m grateful and privileged to be able to provide medical care and treatment in this community.
