About Me
Witnessing the positive changes and development that clients make through therapy is often one of the most fulfilling aspects of being a therapist. Celebrating their progress and growth on their best days is incredibly rewarding.
By integrating a holistic approach with a safe, welcoming and compassionate environment, I help clients take an active role in their healing journey. I create a setting that promotes healing and positive change.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This training has helped me treat clients who have experienced traumatic events or have distressing life experiences. I also enjoy working with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD).
