About Me
I believe everyone is resilient, and I like seeing my patients discover their own resiliency. As a mental health clinician, I make it my mission to help them find it within themselves.
I take a strengths-based approach to counseling, which focuses on a positive mindset, that helps my patients build on their best qualities, find their strengths, improve their resilience and change their worldview to one that is more positive.
I was drawn to the field of counseling through my own experience with trauma and the many caring individuals who helped “put me back together.” I have a special affinity for working with individuals on the autism spectrum. I also treat anxiety disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder.
