I take a compassionate, flexible and patient-centered approach to therapy. I believe in integrating evidence-based treatment techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to support patients in achieving their goals.

I enjoy working as a therapist because it allows me to form deep connections with my patients and actively support them in making meaningful changes in their lives.

My passion for helping others is what drew me to the behavioral healthcare field. 
I have experience working with adults, children and families addressing various concerns. I am committed to providing impactful mental health support.
