About Me
My approach to care is centered around truly listening to the health concerns of patients and helping them reach their healthcare goals. I believe in patient-centered care and using shared decision-making to create individualized plans of care that respect the needs and desires of each person. Clear communication and trust are important aspects of delivering quality care and are crucial in developing strong patient-provider relationships.
I enjoy having the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with patients of all ages. It is especially rewarding to evaluate, diagnose and successfully treat a long-standing issue to facilitate an improved quality of life. In addition to caring for patients medically, I thoroughly appreciate getting to know them and their families.
My interest in family practice stems from my experience as a registered nurse. Similar to a medical unit in the hospital, in family practice you are able to care for patients of all ages and medical conditions. Each day is a new challenge and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
