About Me
My approach to family medicine focuses on holistic care, where I listen closely to my patients and address their physical, mental and emotional needs. I prioritize creating a care plan that the patient fully understands and actively participates in, ensuring shared decision-making throughout their treatment.
I love building meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their interests and helping them achieve their health goals or navigate challenging situations. I provide care for people of all ages, appreciating the diverse circumstances, challenges and strengths they bring to each visit.
My experience in various specialties has shaped a successful career path in family medicine. With a background in yoga and dance, I also incorporate movement techniques to address issues such as anxiety, pain and depression.
