My approach to care is straightforward and focused, aiming to make the most of every moment I have with my patients. I strive to provide clear, actionable guidance that empowers them to take steps toward better health and well-being. Whether it’s a single visit or ongoing care, my goal is to ensure each interaction makes a positive and lasting impact on their overall wellness.

I enjoy the unique setting of occupational health, where I meet people starting new jobs, renewing commercial driving certifications or recovering from workplace injuries. I find fulfillment in learning about their health goals and helping them create personalized plans to achieve those goals through lifestyle changes.

I chose to work in occupational health because of my diverse experience as a nurse practitioner in family practice, urgent care, and onsite at a manufacturing facility. By combining my expertise in disease and medication management, injury treatment and recovery, and understanding workplace dynamics, I can provide comprehensive care for my patients.
