About Me
When providing care for patients, I believe in a holistic approach where mental health is interconnected with our mind, body and spirit. I prioritize and address all aspects of a person's well-being, understanding that medication, exercise and therapy are equally vital components to our health.
What I find most rewarding in my job is getting to know my patients, finding their root health challenges and helping them live a better life.
I was drawn to psychiatry due to personal experiences with a family member's mental health challenges. My experience in the medical field stems from having over 12 years of service in the U.S. Army as a sergeant for our medical personnel.
