About Me
One of my greatest joys in medicine is taking care of patients from all walks of life and helping them achieve their optimal health. I enjoy the wide variety of care I can provide, the wide range of ages I care for and the relationships I build as a family physician.
My approach to patient care is team-focused. In other words, my goal is to partner with my patients to have a positive impact on their overall health, physically and emotionally.
When I was a medical student considering all my specialty options, I found myself drawn to family medicine because I enjoyed the “whole person” approach to care. I especially enjoyed that I could care for a mother, deliver her baby and continue to take care of both mother and child afterwards. Therefore, I pursued special training in obstetric care, including C-sections. I also enjoy doing office-based procedures, such as knee injections and skin biopsies.
