I make it a priority to involve patients in the decision-making process and ensure they feel included and empowered in their own care. I offer guidance and provide patients with clear, concise and evidence-based information about their condition, treatment options and potential outcomes.
Being a nurse practitioner has offered me a dynamic and fulfilling career. I enjoy that each day is different and brings new challenges. I love that my job allows me to continue to learn and grow in both my personal and professional life.
Having grown up in a Wisconsin small town like Shawano, I have gained experience working as a nurse in rural communities and pursued my nurse practitioner training in this type of setting. It is a privilege for me to now have the chance to deliver health care services to Shawano and its surrounding areas. I have always wanted to bring specialized services like wound care to rural communities, and I am grateful for the opportunity.
