I was drawn to this field because I value the accessibility and convenience that an onsite clinic provides to my patients. The ability for patients to easily walk into the clinic with any question or concern enhances their access to care. Working on-site also allows me to develop trusting relationships by seeing patients regularly in their workplace, fostering a deeper connection and understanding of their healthcare needs.
