About Me
I enjoy helping people and making a difference in their lives through attentive listening, and I aim to provide compassionate and comprehensive care. My goal is to provide an individualized treatment plan that only addresses patients’ symptoms in a way that is uniquely tailored to each patient, but also to address other aspects of their lives that are influencing their moods and mental wellness.
I was always interested in how the mind works and I’ve had specific training in, and an interest in eating disorders. I’m also interested in learning about what influences a person’s day and helping them better optimize their mindsets to make their days going forward, better.
