About Me
When providing care for patients, I believe that it's more than diagnosing and prescribing medication; it’s about establishing trust, understanding patient priorities and determining and collaborating on a plan of care.
What I find most rewarding in my job is offering patients personalized care and actively involving them in their treatment plans. I enjoy being able to help each patient improve their mental well-being and contribute to reducing the associated stigma.
Working as a nurse, I always loved providing education to patients in ways that they can understand, and is relatable, since no patient is the same. Now as a provider, I enjoy having the opportunity to educate patients and their partners or families on various aspects of mental health.
