The thing I like most about being a provider is the people I meet. I love to connect with others and learn from their life experiences. Getting to know my patients, connecting with them, and meeting their needs in an individual way is like working a puzzle and I love the challenge.
I firmly believe that all people deserve good quality care. My aim is to be a provider who tries to understand what patients are going through and how a patient’s past contributes to his or her health in the future. In doing so, I can empower my patients. I want the patients I care for to be involved in their care, to understand their health potential and to feel they are an integral part of their health team.
My approach to treatment is about building trust and rapport, individualizing my care with humor, support, education and structure to meet the needs of all patients.
