About Me
I believe exercise and movement are powerful solutions and actively involve patients in fine-tuning their approach to best fit their daily schedules, lifestyles and comfort levels.
Throughout my workday, I appreciate the variety of tasks that I encounter. Rarely do I encounter the same thing twice in a day, and this has helped me to keep an open mind when determining the best approach for each person and all types of conditions.
Initially, what drew me to this job was the opportunity to work one-on-one with another person and help guide them back to an optimal level of function. I believe that everyone has the tools to get stronger, move more, and feel better, but sometimes they need a little guidance on how to do that most effectively. I consider myself a therapy generalist and have experience working with runners and athletes returning to sport. Additionally, I am one of several therapists who administer functional capacity evaluations.
