About Me
Each patient in my care brings with them a unique set of goals and challenges to accomplish in therapy. I empower them to actively engage in the rehabilitation process and help them work towards realizing their fullest potential.
I appreciate that my job offers me the chance to connect with numerous patients facing diverse challenges. I find fulfillment in supporting them as they work towards reclaiming their highest level of functioning. Witnessing their progress gives me immense satisfaction and joy.
My interest in occupational therapy sparked at the age of 14 when my grandfather had a stroke. I assisted him during therapy sessions and at home and enjoyed taking care of him. I have over 27 years of experience as a therapist and have acquired specialized training in rehabilitation for stroke-induced hemiparesis and orthopedic treatment for upper body injuries. I am also a certified lymphedema specialist.
