I am passionate about helping people maintain or regain an active, healthy lifestyle.

I enjoy helping patients achieve their goals, whether it's recovering from an injury, improving mobility or enhancing their overall quality of life. Seeing the progress my patients make and knowing that my care directly contributes to their well-being, 
is truly rewarding.

Having been an NCAA athlete in two different sports during my undergrad years, I have a personal connection to the world of athletics and an understanding of the demands placed on athletes. This experience fuels my passion for working with similar patients, as I know firsthand the importance of returning to the activities they love. I specialize in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), dry needling, the Graston Technique and vestibular therapy.
