My approach to care focuses on empowering individuals to take an active role in their health. I believe in providing compassionate, holistic care that considers the whole person—body, mind and lifestyle, while building trusting relationships grounded in open communication and mutual respect.
I enjoy helping patients achieve their health goals and empowering them to take control of their wellness. Celebrating their successes—whether a milestone on the scale or another meaningful victory—and building strong, supportive relationships makes my work deeply rewarding.
I was drawn to a career in weight wellness after working as a registered nurse on a surgical floor, finding fulfillment in supporting patients through pivotal moments like weight loss surgery. That experience inspired me to become a nurse practitioner specializing in bariatric care, where I could empower patients to achieve long-term health and wellness.
