About Me
As a speech-language pathologist, I believe in taking a comprehensive approach to patient care, treating all of the patient's symptoms as a whole, rather than treating them individually. During sessions, I encourage patients to share both their successes and challenges, so that we can work together to find solutions and improve their overall success in their daily lives.
I find great joy in my work because it allows me to foster meaningful connections with patients and colleagues alike. I am passionate about empowering people to become effective communicators, both in their personal lives and in the workplace.
I treat patients with all different speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing impairments in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. My special training and certifications include AmpCare, neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), LSVT LOUD, McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) testing.
