My approach to care emphasizes clarity, collaboration and respect, helping patients and families feel supported throughout their hospital stay. I am committed to open communication with patients and their families, valuing their input and ensuring they are clearly informed about diagnoses, hospital care plans and post-discharge needs.
My experience in primary care gave me a strong understanding of patients’ long-term health histories, allowing me to provide well-rounded inpatient care and support smoother transitions between hospital and home. I was drawn to hospital medicine because it allows me to care for patients during important moments in their health journey while building on my background in outpatient primary care.
