My priority is to provide patient-centered, holistic, and collaborative care, focusing on building a supportive partnership where patients feel heard and valued. Using proven therapeutic techniques, I tailor each treatment plan to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

I love being a therapist because I get to help people develop skills they can use for life and support them on their healing journey. I’m grateful for the trust my patients place in me and feel honored to walk with them through both the ups and downs.

I was inspired to become a therapist through my own life experiences and therapy, combined with a passion for growth and helping others achieve the same. I welcome individuals of all ages, backgrounds and communities. I am especially committed to supporting people from diverse backgrounds, including those who have experienced trauma, are neurodivergent or living with developmental or intellectual disabilities, are navigating eating disorders or disordered eating, identify as LGBTQIA+ or have experienced domestic violence. I am always working to provide a safe and affirming space.
