About Me
I believe regular exercise is essential to health and wellness. I use my expertise in sports medicine and musculoskeletal medicine to diagnose acute and overuse injuries and guide management accurately.
What I enjoy most about my work is helping patients recover from injuries while empowering them with the knowledge and strategies to prevent future injuries and maintain an active lifestyle.
As a former multisport athlete and coach, I understand the challenges injured athletes face, and I am passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals.
