My approach to care is to treat each patient with the same attention, respect, and concern I would give a family member, ensuring that care is both personal and heartfelt.
I enjoy my job because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day. I value the opportunity to provide accessible, preventive care that helps patients stay healthy, manage chronic conditions and avoid more serious health issues down the road.
I was drawn to a career in emergency medicine because I enjoy the variety of cases and the critical thinking required to make quick, effective decisions in high-pressure situations. My interest in research, particularly in sepsis and resource utilization, reflects my desire to improve patient outcomes and optimize how care is delivered, especially in urgent and complex scenarios.
