About Me
I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to mental health care, with a strong emphasis on cultural understanding. I prioritize collaboration, patient education and shared decision-making, empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health journey.
I find deep fulfillment in building long-term, meaningful relationships with patients. It is rewarding to support them through emotional challenges, help them rediscover their strengths and witness their growth over time.
My passion for psychiatric care stems from seeing mental health needs go unaddressed, especially in underserved communities. This inspired me to pursue advanced practice so I could provide culturally competent, holistic care and help bridge gaps in access and understanding. I am fluent in English and Hmong, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of patients and provide care that truly respects their backgrounds and experiences.
