I believe every patient has a unique story to share. By building trust and involving them in shared decision-making, I tailor care to each patient’s needs while ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
I enjoy building relationships and making a tangible difference. It’s important to me to be present for my patients, listen to their challenges and provide education and resources so they can succeed on their health care journey.
I was drawn to nursing because it aligns closely with my core values of empathy, compassion and advocacy. I find fulfillment in guiding patients through their healthcare journeys, building meaningful relationships and supporting them in achieving the best possible outcomes. Being offered the opportunity to make a positive impact on a patient’s quality of life is what motivates me most.
