About Me
I take a trauma-informed, holistic approach that honors each patient’s story and strengths. Rooted in empathy and trust, my care focuses on meeting people where they are and supporting their journey toward healing and growth.
What I love most about my job is seeing people’s bravery. I feel honored to support them during vulnerable times and find daily inspiration in their strength. A favorite quote that guides my work is, “Seeing other people be brave makes me want to be brave too.”
I was inspired to pursue a career in behavioral health through personal experiences and a strong belief in everyone’s right to empathy and healing. Growing up in a rural area, I saw firsthand how social and economic challenges affect mental health—an insight that continues to shape my approach to care.
