My approach to care is patient-centered, recognizing each patient’s unique needs and values. I foster open communication and empower patients to actively participate in their health decisions.
I love being a nurse practitioner because it lets me connect with patients on a personal level and care for the whole person, not just their symptoms. Crafting treatment plans tailored to each patient and seeing the real impact on their lives is what makes my work truly rewarding.
I was drawn to nursing by a deep desire to help others in times of need, providing not just physical care but emotional support and reassurance. My years as a float nurse caring for diverse patients across multiple hospital units fueled my passion, honed my adaptability and strengthened my skills in patient-centered, high-pressure care.
