My goal is to empower patients to take charge of their health by effectively managing chronic conditions, fostering positive lifestyle changes, and using guideline-recommended medications to support longevity.
As a pharmacist, I have the opportunity to provide personalized patient care and build meaningful relationships with my patients. I specialize in assisting patients with diabetes and offer medication adjustments and glucose monitoring support.
