I take a supportive, patient-centered approach to care. I see myself as a guide on each patient's health and wellness journey, prioritizing education and empowering them to make informed decisions that align with their personal values and beliefs.

I enjoy my job because it allows me to connect with new people each day and build meaningful relationships. I enjoy listening to patients’ stories, understanding their unique circumstances and helping them feel heard and supported.

My experience from working as an ER nurse in Milwaukee to practicing in both large and small cities showed me how distance and limited resources can create real barriers to care. My interest in family medicine and experience in gastroenterology further highlighted the lack of specialty services in rural Wisconsin. By becoming a nurse practitioner and returning to my roots, I am able to serve the community I care deeply about and help bridge the gap in rural health care access.
